The difference
Drag the handle. Most Perth garage slabs end up looking like this after ten years: dusty, stained, a hairline crack or two, and that flat grey that makes anything stored on it look worse than it is.
This one's the same floor after a grind, a flake or metallic coat, and a clear topcoat over the top. It wipes clean with a mop. Doesn't dust. Takes a hot tyre straight off the road without flinching.
What we install
These are the finishes we offer. Not a catalogue of everything that exists, just the systems we'd put down in our own garage.
Coloured vinyl chips broadcast into a wet base coat, then sealed under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. It hides whatever's already wrong with the slab, stays grippy underfoot when the floor's wet, and shrugs off the odd chip or scuff without showing it.
Metallic pigment worked through clear resin while it's still wet, so the floor ends up with movement and depth rather than a flat colour. Every pour comes out a little different, and it's usually the one people end up photographing.
PVC tiles that click together straight over the existing slab. No grinding, no bonding, no waiting for anything to cure, so if the concrete underneath is rough or you need it done by the weekend, this is usually the answer.
Walls patched, prepped and rolled in a coating tough enough to take a bike pedal or a ladder without marking. Funny how a brand new floor is what makes you finally notice how tired the walls above it look.
Hexagon LED panels laid out to fit your ceiling, wired and switched as one. Even light matters more than people expect: it's the difference between a metallic floor that reads as metallic and one that just looks dark.

Book the floor, walls and lighting separately and you're looking at three mobilisations, three lots of masking, three days you need to be home for. Put them in one visit and we pass the saving straight on.
The grind, the prep, crack repair, your choice of flake or metallic, then the clear topcoat. Or skip most of that with interlocking tiles instead. Either way, it's the part every other bundle here is built on.
Everything from the floor bundle, then the walls patched and coated to match while we're already there. Most people who start out just wanting a floor end up here once they see it go down.
Floor, walls, and a hex lighting layout designed around your ceiling. Everything done in the same visit, so the room reads as one finished space rather than a floor with the rest catching up.
How it runs
A resin floor is mostly preparation. The pour is the short part. Here's the honest sequence so you know what you're booking.
We measure up, check the slab for moisture and cracking, and talk through finishes in the actual light of your garage. Colours look different on a screen. The quote is fixed and in writing.
The slab is mechanically ground back to open the concrete so the resin bonds into it rather than sitting on top. This is the step cheap jobs skip, and it's why cheap jobs peel.
Cracks, joints and pitting are cut out and filled, then the whole floor is primed. Anything we find that changes the scope, you hear about before we proceed, not after.
Base coat down, then flake broadcast to refusal or metallic pigment worked by hand. Walls and lighting go in around the floor cure so nothing is doubled up.
Excess flake is scraped back and vacuumed, then the clear topcoat goes on. This is what gives the floor its gloss and its chemical resistance.
Light foot traffic typically the next day, vehicles back on after the full cure. We walk you through aftercare and leave the warranty paperwork with you.
