About

Small crew,
same faces

Prestige Resin works across the Perth metro, doing garage floors in epoxy flake or metallic, interlocking tiles, wall coatings and hex lighting, usually two or three of those on the same job rather than just the one.

We're not a franchise, and we don't hand the work off to a subcontractor. Whoever quotes your garage is the same person on site when it's finished.

Why we bundle

We didn't set out to do walls and lighting. We set out to do floors, and kept running into the same thing: we'd finish a really good floor, the owner would stand in the doorway looking pleased, and then their eyes would drift up to the walls.

A gloss resin floor throws light back onto everything above it. Marks on the walls that nobody had noticed in fifteen years suddenly become the thing you see. And a metallic floor under a single fluorescent tube reads as a dark smudge. All that depth we spent the day creating just disappears.

So now we do the whole room. Call it upselling if you want, but there's a real difference between a floor that photographs well and a garage that actually looks good when you open the door.

How we quote

On site, in writing, and fixed. We come out, measure the slab, check it for moisture and movement, and look at the cracking properly rather than from a phone photo.

Concrete is the variable. Two garages the same size can be quite different jobs depending on how the slab was poured and what has happened to it since. That's exactly why a per-square-metre price over the phone tends to get revised on the day, and why we don't give one.

If we find something during prep that genuinely changes the scope, you hear about it before we carry on, not in the final invoice.

Prepared properlyConcrete grinding and surface preparation matched to the condition of the slab.
Warranty in writing5-year residential or 2-year commercial workmanship warranty — see terms.
No subcontractorsOur own crew, start to finish. The person who quoted it is the person doing it.
Fixed pricingThe quoted number is the number. Scope changes are agreed before work continues.

Before you choose

Ask how the floor will be built

A clear scope matters more than vague promises.

Before you commit to any resin contractor in Perth, ask how the slab will be prepared, which coating system will be used, how cure times will be handled and what the written workmanship warranty actually covers.

We explain the proposed system and scope before work begins, then provide the relevant care and warranty information at handover.

What to ask any contractor

  • Are you grinding the slab, or acid etching? (Grinding lasts. Etching often doesn't.)
  • Is the topcoat polyaspartic, or a second epoxy coat?
  • Is the warranty written, and what voids it?
  • Which products and coating system will be used?
  • What cure time applies before foot and vehicle traffic?
  • What happens if you find a problem in the slab mid-job?

Come and have a look at the slab.
